One time with our wood floors we said it looked great and he said, "Yes, but...." and showed us some spots that weren't done to his standards. The contractor made the fixes."

"Ken was the GC and main construction contractor for my retail center, Titusville Marketplace. Massive project (3 buildings needed complete renovation) and very significant site work. Ken managed multiple subs and importantly an alphabet soup of regulators given the project was on a state road and bordered the D&R Canal. Never known a contractor with Ken's attention to detail and focus on getting it right. Ensured all the subs as well did their job right the first time."
